How it Works
Firstly, complete your basic requirements (we can discuss in detail later) on this product page. At this point no order is being made or billed as you will see.
Then go to your Cart and send us your prescription and make
your return postage payment.
Then simply send your glasses frames (*full or semi rim but not fully rimless glasses) to our laboratory in Derbyshire by post and we'll contact you as soon as we receive them to give you a very very competitive quote for new lenses.
For varifocal quotes we use our own brands to be discussed. please remember to mark an ink dot over your pupils on the lenses for height measurements. Your pd will be collected when you send your prescription through our automated prescription upload process on your Cart page.
Our prices are firmly on the lower end both Online and In-store and extremely competitive.

Please ensure you've made the return postage payment and sent a picture of your prescription, and that it is within the powers indicated above before sending your spectacles to us as they can't be accepted or returned without pre-payment of the postage. You should send the spectacle frames wrapped in bubble plastic or cardboard as we don't return hard cases. (No fully Rimless or Zeiss products please). Whilst we are very carefull with your spectacle frames, occassionally accidents happen. This is rare, but can occur on any spectacle frame old or new. We cannot be held liable for this during or after working on the frames you send and you agree not to hold us responsible for this type of damage or any form of compensation financially if damage occurs at any time. Return Postage is non refundable if you decide not to use our service or we deem the products you send unworkable, incompatible, or over the powers we supply and we reserve the right to decline a quote request.

The return postage payment made in advance before you send your glasses to us for a low cost lens quote is to be used to return your items for accepted or unaccepted lens quotes. This payment is not refundable if you decide not to go ahead with an order (from us) from our quote.
Suitability
We reserve the right to discontinue and return the goods with the payment you've made if we think the frames or lenses are not workable, compatible or within range of the prescription powers we supply, or for any other reason we think relevant.
