Returns Policy Online
You are welcome to return any non-bespoke product purchased with us online within 14 days of receipt of the goods (cooling off period) if you've changed your mind,
1: provided they are not in any way bespoke or have had any additional bespoke alterations made to them.
2: They are returned unused and in their original condition as new with any included packaging, cases etc returned.
3: They must be returned at your own cost.
4: They won't be considered returned until we are in receipt of the goods and have been able to inspect the goods.
5: They must be in re-saleable condition and unused.
It's important to note that prescription spectacles are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period. This is because they are considered a personalised or bespoke product and are expressly noted as exempt and disclaimed from these rules. As most spectacle sellers online, we don't accept the return of bespoke items.
The right of withdrawal applies to off premises contracts of non-bespoke products. Off-premise contracts are defined as a contractual agreement between a provider and a customer, which takes place off the regular business premises including contracts made online or at a separate venue other than at the businesses/suppliers own physical trading address. This came into force on the 1st of October 2015. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Glasses and lenses purchased in-store should be made to the prescription you provided from your optician. This is the contract we make with you and you us when you place an order, and in good faith of it's accuracy and suitability. If you have any problem with an item bought in-store, please firstly return to store as it's easier to resolve issues and check the glasses face to face. This can often lead to a quicker resolution that's fair to all. Sometimes we may ask you to take a retest at your opticians to confirm the original tests accuracy.
