Returns Policy Instore and Online

About cancelations or changed orders because you've changed your mind

Bespoke items
Prescription Spectacles made to your specific requirements including lens grinding and fitment, prescription lenses and additional lens coatings are considered bespoke and exempt from long distance selling laws. 

We generally cannot cancel your order (or make refunds) once placed with us before or after dispatch for bespoke items and products (Online or Instore).

Orders placed with us Online or Instore cannot be cancelled without our agreement .
We advise you contact us by telephone or email to discuss any issues. We may be able to help.


Faults/Defects
If
unusually the products we supply are not as described or defective on receipt you should let us know immediately and then bring or send the item/s back to us at your own expense. We will then replace/ repair or refund the product/s once we receive them. You should do this within a reasonable time and not use the defective product/s. We recommend insured Special Delivery return if using the post as you are liable for the products in transit and until they reach us
No repair, replacement or refund can be made until/unless the goods are returned, signed for by us and received safely and undamaged at our trading address.


This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights
