Schedule a private collection appointment at ilkestonfactoryspecs for a hassle-free way to pick up your new glasses. Avoid distractions and take your time trying on and adjusting your new frames in a calm and private space.
Cancellation Policy
Once you make a booking you should prioritise your booking and attend store at your chosen time. We ensure staff are available for your booking at our expense. Unfortunately we can't accept further bookings if your booking is not attended and you don't inform us in advance that you can't attend and any fee's paid are lost. If you can't attend simply call us and we will reschedule.
