Service Description
Need to book out of our normal hours? Want a private store just to yourself? Want to try our extended ranges of designer eyewear with a bigger selection not usually held in-store? Fee redeemed on purchases. Our after 2.30pm Private Store 7 days a week is available even on our normal closed days on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Cancellation Policy
Once you make a booking you should prioritise your booking and attend store at your chosen time. We ensure staff are available for your booking at our expense. Unfortunately we can't accept further bookings if your booking is not attended and you don't inform us in advance that you can't attend and any fee's paid are lost. If you can't attend simply call or message us at least 4 hours in advance and we will reschedule your booking.
