You don't need to book a visit during our normal opening hours 10am to 2:30pm.
Our Normal Opening Hours are 10am to 2:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
You will need to bring your current valid prescription for service (not needed for reframes) but don't need to book in advance to attend our Boutique and Lab, obtain quotes, order reframes and reglazes etc. Please attend at you own convenience.

Please book online in advance for visits after 2:30pm and closed days, when our Boutique is available for private store bookings, Designer frame and lens styling consultations, Reframes & Reglazes.Your £9.95 booking fee is redeemed against glasses, reframes and reglaze purchases on the day.
About Private Store Bookings.
Our booked appointments offer our Boutique store exclusively to you without interruption. The booking offers an in-depth Designer Styling and/or Lens Consultation inc extended stock ranges not on display.
Bookings are available for closed days including Sunday and Wednesday.
