When you don't need to book.

 

You don't need to book a visit during our normal opening hours.

We are open from 10am to 2:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will need to bring your current valid prescription for service (not needed for reframes) but don't need to book in advance. Please attend at you own convenience.

 

Please book online in advance for private store bookings & styling consultations out of our usual opening hours.

 

Unfortunately we can't take appointments out of our standard Boutique opening hours unless a booking is made online.

A booking offers our Boutique store exclusively to you without interruption for an in-depth full Designer Styling and/or Lens Consultation inc extended stock ranges not on display. Bookings are available for closed days including Sunday and Wednesday too.

 

When do you need to book,

Please book to visit us after 2:30pm on Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri/Sat, or on closed days Sunday's & Wednesday's Online to avoid disappointment. 

 

We will be open and available privately in-store out of our usual opening hours hours once you've booked, especially for you. Unfortunately we can't take appointments out of our standard boutique store opening hours on the telephone/email, and a booking must be made online. The booking fee for private or out of hours appointments is redeemed against glasses or lenses purchased on the day but not refundable to ensure attendance once booked because our staff and store will be available just for you. Remember, you may attend at any time during store open hours without a booking needed.
