About Glasses Repairs
We often get asked to repair glasses and sunglasses. We try our best with products bought from us in-store, but unfortunately can't offer repairs for glasses and sunglasses
(particularly designer products) not bought from us directly.
At our Ilkeston Boutique and Laboratory we don't offer repairs or replacement parts for glasses or sunglasses not purchased from us as this can invalidate any warranties you may have from your supplier, and many parts are unique to the frame or brand (we don't want to in any way damage your goods further).
We have shifted our focus from an unsatisfactory repair to an efficient complete lens saving frame replacement selected from our own wide ranges of glasses frames, ensuring your optical lenses last a while longer by supplying a smart replacement frame and fitting your lenses in-store while you wait or online through the post.
Over the years, we've discovered that simply replacing old or broken frames is more cost-effective and visually appealing than temporary fixes and a long lasting solution. This approach not only enhances the longevity of your expensive prescription lenses but also ensures you receive a stylish pair of glasses frames you won't be ashamed to be seen in. Visit us in-store and pick your frame style yourself from our extensive selected stock, or send your broken glasses frames to us in the post after making an online order and we'll match them up as closely as possible to our extensive in-store selections (unbranded) and return them promptly in the post.

Simple repairs for glasses we've supplied.
We can sometimes replace simple frame parts, screws and pads etc, provided, unfortunately we can't offer repairs for glasses and sunglasses that have not been purchased with us.
1: Repairs when the frame was purchased from us.
Our after service is an additional free benefit we offer to customers when buying our products from us in-store.
2: The frame may be under our guarantee.
(please bring your receipt or proof of purchase)
3: The product is current and the parts and repair is do-able.
4: We may make a charge or offer a reframe if we can't repair.
Accidental damage, mis-use or wear and tear do not constitute a faulty product and isn't covered by our guarantee.
